All American Grill Irish Cream
This recipe takes very little time to make. With pre-measured ingredients, just add them all to the blender and mix very thoroughly.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
- 6oz. heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 tsp. gelatin (powdered variety)
- 6oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whiskey or bourbon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup water (add gelatin in this beforehand to save time)
Procedure:
- Bloom gelatin in ½ cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend like crazy
Note: Anytime you mix cream with whiskey you will get instant curdling. To combat this, you have to blend the mixture very thoroughly. The gelatin will prevent any curdling or separation once it is well blended.
